What does a protocol look like?

My goal for these new offers is to simplify. We will keep protocols to a minimum with 1-2 liver/parasite supplements, a binder, minerals, and a gut supplement. You will also receive any intuitive guidance on supportive bio-hacks, nutrition, and movement. All protocols are fully customized to your unique body and health concerns.

How long does this take? 

This will depend on the person, their health concerns, and past history. Some people may only require a 2-4 week liver detox, while others 4-6. I would plan for an 8 week parasite cleanse for maximum results. 

Do I need to do both a liver detox and parasite cleanse?

These two cleanses are separate. If you only want to do a liver detox then that's what we will do. No parasite cleanse required! But you will have the option to move onto a parasite cleanse after the liver detox is complete.

If you wish to do a parasite cleanse-yes a liver detox is required. In order for parasites to be removed safely and effectively, drainage pathways (aka liver, lymph, bowels) need to be open and ready to move the parasites out of the body. When people detox parasites before opening drainage pathways they can feel much worse because the parasites and toxins have no where to be released out of the body. 

Do I need to follow a special diet?

Nope! Only if you want to! I don't do food elimination diets or make clients follow a specific nutrition plan-just recommend a whole foods based diet as much as possible. I will give guidance on foods that naturally enhance the liver/parasite cleansing process or certain foods may come through in energy healing sessions that your body is desiring. However-the cleaner your diet during this process the better your results will be. It's totally up to you!

What is energy healing and what does a session look like?

Energy healing is when a practitioner sends a healing frequency/energy to another person-to part of their physical body, energy body,  and or consciousness to help rebalance/clear chakras, emotions, limiting beliefs, past lives and so much more. 

These 90 minute sessions will start by us reviewing your symptoms/health concerns and physical detox protocol. You can ask me any questions about health, mindset, or energy. We will then move into the energy healing portion of the call. For 30 minutes you will lay down in a comfortable position while I provide the healing (yes we can do this virtually/via zoom). After the healing is complete I will share any messages that came through and what energy blocks you released. 

Why pair energy healing with physical detox?

Physical symptoms can stem from energetic blocks, emotional blocks, and of course physical imbalances. I have worked with clients whose physical symptoms won't budge because the block is energetic and vice versa. So I created an offer that pairs the two together. We will do a full mind, body, and soul reset. A master cleanse to get you feeling as clear as possible and heal your mental/emotional health along side your physical health because they are all connected!
